The name “Gurkha” comes from the hill town of GORKHA from which the Nepalese Kingdom had expanded. Most of our chefs are originate from Gorkha and has many years cooking experience in Himalayan dishes. We only use fresh ingredients, highest quality spices and herbs and our chefs care
