Newaz pizza means “ chatamari”. Newari cuisine (also referred to as Newa: parikar) is a subject of Nepalese cuisine that has developed over centuries among the Newas of kathmandu ( Yeen: in Nepal Bhasa), Nepal.
Newa cuisine is the most celebrated food veriety in the country that consists of over 200 dishes. Food is very important part of the ritual and religious life of the newars.
