Akari

Named after the Japanese word for light, Akari infuses Kathmandu’s fine dining scene with a potent dose of uber-trendy Asian flavours. Located on the 10 th floor of the hotel, adjacent to the bar and swimming pool, the restaurant’s minimalist design aesthetic borrows from Oriental manga culture. The extensive menu features the full spectrum of Japanese cuisine along with Thai, Korean, Cantonese and Burmese dishes.
