I don’t take money from the patient first, I treat him first. I admit a patient for treatment only if I feel I can improve and relief him, otherwise I send him to another hospital. If I admit a patient and there is no improvement in his condition after treatment, I bear all the expenses of his treatment. If I don’t see any improvement in his condition, I don’t take any money. Whatever expenses are inreliefed in treating the disease, it is mine. I take money from the patient after the disease is improved.
