Long ago, there was a Mexican Cowboy called Joes Mancini (Joe) who worked on a farm in Texas, USA. One day as Joe was returning home, he was stopped by the Heavenly aroma of food that came from a bakery nearby. Upon entering, Joe found a beautiful girl called Isabella working there. She belonged to an Immigrant family from Sicily, Italy.
Each day Joe would stop to meet Isabella and savor her oven-fresh pizzas. Soon love between the blossomed and in August 1851, they got married. Unfortunately, in October of 1852, nearly a year after Joe and Isabella were torn by the Great Floods. Heart broken Joe tried making up for the loneliness on the loss of his beloved wife by experimenting with her pizza recipes.
Soon, Joe’s pizzas became famous.
