Newa Momo is a family run business with years (since 2001) of experience in making authentic Nepali and Newari dishes. Newa MoMo Restaurant serves momos, a typical Nepalese dumpling. Momos are commonly made with a range of ingredients, including minced meat (typically chicken, buffalo, mutton and pork), in veggies (veg momo, veg cheese momo, potato momo, potato cheese momo, spinach cheese momo, mushroom cheese momo and as well as in desert (chocolate momo) and spices. The dumplings are then steamed, fried, Kothey and Chilly to perfection and served with a delicious dipping sauce.
