Umanga Nepal is an independent mental wellbeing support group registered under Social Welfare Council, Lalitpur Nepal 1992. In 2020 we started as a loosely connected group of people named “Paaila Organization” later we registered officially as Umanga Nepal. It is committed to aiding people who are struggling with their state of mind on a day to day basis. We believe in the power of sharing. We believe an assembly of people who share common goals, in fact make magic happen.
