Maina Devi Foundation is a non-profit, non-government social organization committed to improving environmental sustainability from the grass-root level through participation and empowerment. It was established in the far-western part of Nepal at Lamkichuha Municipality-3, Kailali in the year 2074 BS, and was registered in 2077 under the Organization Registration Act, 2034, Section 4. From its humble beginnings, Maina Devi Foundation has grown into a vibrant organization working with a range of people across multiple sectors with more than one lakh volunteers.
