Leading institutes like International Osteoporosis Foundation recommends 1500-2000 IU (37.5 – 50 ug) per day of supplemental Vitamin D to prevent fractures and bone loss.

In addition, Nutrilite Vitamin D Plus contains 20mcg of Vitamin K2 per tablet.  Vitamin K2 Helps in directing calcium to the right places (bones) in the body so that calcium does not get deposited in the soft tissues (eg: Blood vessels). It also help to maintain healthy bone structure and promote bone mineralization.
  3. Thirdly, Nutrilite Vitamin D Plus contains an exclusive patented blend of licorice and quercetin.  This combination helps to support bone health.
