Rupandehi Campus (RC), one of the leading public campuses of the district, is situated at the heart of headquarters of Rupandehi district, Bhairahawa. It runs Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) and Bachelor of Education (BEd) academic programs.

The campus is governed and managed by the participation of the public of this area. It has a campus assembly as a legislative body which consists of members from different fields of the society such as academicians, social workers, administrators, businessmen, representatives of different groups and other organizations.
