As a result of the awakening of the educational sector in Nepal with the establishment of democracy in 2007, this school was started from Fusko Katero in 2008. It was approved as a primary school in 2008 and as a middle school (up to class 8) in 2010. With 20 percent results from 2023 BS, Mechi succeeded in setting a new record in the region. V.S. With the implementation of the new education system in 2029 BS, the number of students has decreased due to the low level of students. Secondary level teaching work has been started again and now it has been conducted from 2067 BS to class 12.
