SWI has its training center at Nakhu, lalitpur. It can accommodate up to 46 person with 3 large training halls. SWI conduct different trainings and workshops. It also provide its space for other organization to conduct the workshops and training. SWI also can organize training and workshop for other organization.
The income generate from the training workshop is using for the community development projects which is implementing by its graduates in different part of the country.
