Kanchi is a small, heartfelt food brand inspired by the home-cooked flavors of Nepal and India. The name “Kanchi” is special to us—it’s a loving term in Nepal for the youngest daughters in a family, and it’s also the name of our founder’s mother, who inspired this journey with her warmth and care.
We make simple, honest food like curries, rice, salads, and handmade Dumplings called MO:MO using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
